For remote assistance**, where we connect to your computer remotely to help you, troubleshoot or install software, drivers, updates or change settings, click on the Futuraskolan Remote Support icon below. For the Mac version, you will have to download and unzip the application, then double click on the application to start remote support.
The remote connection is encrypted and password-protected.
** To use remote assistance you need to call ahead to 0767 234 087 with the information on your screen.
